
Seven indicator lights on the front panel keep the user aware of the status of each function.
Five types of faults are indicated by a repeating pattern of a blinking light on the affected zone:
1 - CO Detector generated fault/warning - pause -
2 - Broken or disconnected CO Detector power - - pause - -
3 - CO Detector line broken or disconnected - - - pause - - -
4 - Shorted CO Detector line - - - - pause - - - -
5 - Shorted CO Detector power - - - - - pause - - - - -
All features are only available when the UltraGuard 12V is connected to a UL listed fire and/or burglar alarm panel
with auxiliary signaling zones which can be designated for CO Detector use only. When the UltraGuard 12V is used
in a residential application, the alarm panel shall be UL listed for household use (UL Standard 1023, Household
Burglar Alarm or UL985, Household Fire Alarm) and when it is used in a commercial application, the alarm panel
shall be UL listed for Commercial Fire Alarm use (UL864) or any of the following UL commercial burglar alarm
categories: UL365, UL609 or UL1610.
